Ingredients:1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces4 oz. soy sauce1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. powdered ginger2 Tbsp. dried minced onion1/2 cup Jim Beam bourbon whiskey2 Tbsp. white wineDirections:Mix all of the marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight if possible.Bake chicken in a 325 degree oven for one hour in a single layer. Baste every ten minutes.Place the chicken in a serving dish.Scrape all pan juices with brown bits into a frying pan. Add the two tablespoons of white wine. Stir while it is heating. Pour over chicken.
